Question: I'm a relatively pale New Yorker and looking for advice on the best
sunscreen to use in Barbados in the end of April. Any thoughts or local
brands to look for?
Answer: I've had good success with Coppertone Sport. It's water/sweat resistant,
hypo-allergenic and blocks UVA/UVB. Since it's targeted for sports
activities, it goes on rather dry and doesn't make you feel like you're
wearing a layer of plastic.
