Question:
want to make some pull down sunscreen shades, much like the ones
you can buy for a few dollars at auto parts stores. The problem with those
is they aren't wide enough to cover the driver and passenger side windows.
Anybody know where I can get that fabric that allows you to see out yet
blocks the sun's rays? I need to make the shades about 48" wide.

There's a company in Prescott, AZ that makes shades like the ones you're
describing. To see what they manufacture, visit RV Safety at
www.rvsafety.com/sun.htm . I don't know if Sun Dancer will tell us where they
buy their material from, but I could ask. Anyway, by visiting the above link,
you'll be able to see the choices available, in colors and materials. Sun
Dancer also does custom work.
