Question:
A couple of nights ago, while channel grazing, I came across a
commercial for a new Avon product. It is being marketed as a
sunscreen and insect repellant under the SkinSoSoft trademark.
I checked with Avon's Product Quality and Ingredients department;
they told me that this product contains Oil of Citronella (and
does NOT contain any deet). Presumably, it also contains the
usual SkinSoSoft fragrance, as well.
Does anybody have any experience with this stuff yet?

i used the normal skin-so-soft cream at horse camp last summer. the smell
is strong. i know a few day camp directors that put the stuff with water into
spray bottles to spray on campers when the bigs get too bad. even though i
smeeled horrible i didn't get too many bites, give it a try.
