I really like Ocean Potion Extreme Sunblock . It costs just under $5 at Wal Mart for 8 ounces of the SPF 50 and contains Parsol 1789.

It says it is waterproof and sweatproof - that is not QUITE the case (it occasionally gets in my eyes), but it's good protection at a great price.
