Question:
I get really extreme with the sunblock: 45 spf. I also sweat like there's
no tomorrow. Even though I get the waterproof type I wonder how often to
reapply. I aim at every 90 minutes - 2 hours. Maybe less if it is getting
into early evening..
How often do you reapply?
Answer:
Pretty much never. But then I'm gifted with more melanin than the
average Anglo. I put some on when I did the one day STP, but that's
probably the only time I've bothered in the last five years or so.
Growing up, my friend Ross would step out into the sun and pretty much
burst into flame. 100% English on both sides of the family.
