Question:
Id like to know. I have a patch of skin on my arm that I'm clueless as to what is going on, and I am in the sun quite a lot. Any help or pointers to relevant web pages would be greatly appreciated.
Answer:
There are the A,B,C's to Skin cancer A= Asymmetrical, no pattern; B= Borders
which should be irregular; C= Color is a wide range of red to blue with
usually three or more colors are present (one rainbow you really don't find
a pot of gold at the end of). To be honest it would be easier to just have your family MD take a look at it now. The cost of a office visit is cheap compared to the long run cost. My interferon was $1200 a month because I waited until my "mole" knew the ABC's foward and backard and was able to spell then on my shirt sleeve in blood befor I went to MD. Get it checked out. Hope this helps
