How to make your own skin moisturizer for sensitive skin?

Question:
I suffer from very sensitive skin on my face which has gotten increasingly bad recently. I used to use 'Simple' products but these seem to be making it worse. Does anyone know of any moisturisers or skin products for very sensitive skin. I can't seem to find anything.

Answer:
About the simplest thing you could imagine is also very soothing and acts as a moisturizer.

Mix a pint of water, a tablespoon of table salt, and a teaspoon of epsom salt.

After washing and drying off, splash a bit of this solution on, rub it in for a few seconds, and blot off any excess. Do this every time you wash, and it will replace the natural salts you extract by washing. These salts soothe your skin, and help it hold moisture.
