Does anyone else make a powder with the appropriate SPF and ingredients?

Question:
I see Paula B. now has a pressed powder with SPF 15 and titanium dioxide. Does anyone else make a powder (preferably loose, to apply over foundation) with the appropriate SPF and ingredients (e.g. titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, Parsol, etc.)?

Answer:
There's Neutrogena Healthy Defense powder (SPF 30) and Shiseido Sun Block Compact (SPF 32), both with titanium dioxide but both are pressed powders. You could use a brush to apply though. For loose powders that offer sun proctection you could try one of the mineral powder foundations like Jane Iredale, Youngblood, or La Bella Donna, but these are meant to be full foundations in themselves and would probably be too heavy to use as setting powders over another foundation.
