My mom wants to buy a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen, to use
on an upcoming trip instead of her usual foundation over moisturizer. She has
dry skin and has golden tones. The sunscreen is important, an SPF of 13 or 15
will be needed. My mother asked me to suggest one, and I haven't a clue!
Answer:
Clarins is very nice and very natural looking. So is Clinique's City Block
(although they it's not a tinted moisturizer and that the pigment will
disappear, I've found it really evens out the complexion).
