My bf works on a yacht, in the sun all day. He only wears sunscreen on his
face, and he thinks that applying it once in the morning is enough. At
least the first thing he does in the morning is grab for his sunnies. He's
from NZ, you think with the depletion of the ozone down there, that he'd be
extra careful... I've tried everything. Perhaps the mention of a "massage"
would help. Just use sunscreen instead of oil.

Have something like Coppertone Sport available, a "manly sunscreen."
My husband thinks he's immune to sun damage and I don't know why he
thinks it's a girl thing. After my son got a bad burn driving the
Miata, it was a good learning lesson about sunscreen.
