Question:
Our dog was just recently diagonsed with colon cancer this past weekend. I
am looking for any information regarding colon cancer and it's treatments.
The vets say that cancer treatment in dogs is controversary - based on
effects, results, and costs.
Our dog is a boxer/pit mix - 4 year old female. She has a small growth
that they removed November 26th. The vet didn't think it was cancer, and
it was. They won't do any treatments until she is healed from her surgery.
Our dog is like a family member and we will do what it takes to try and
help her. The sad part is, my dad was also diagonsed with skin cancer, a
week before our dog, and is going through treatments.
I greatly appreciate any information that you may provide. Thank-you in
advance.
