Question:
What is the *best* sunblock, in your opinion, to use in place of
moisturizer? I am battling extremely persistent acne, (but it does
usually clear up a bit in the summer), so it has to be non-comedogenic
and preferably oil free.

Ombrelle actually makes an SPF 60 version now also (at least, it is
available here in Canada). I use that one. I have also used La Roche
Posay "Anthelios" SPF 60, which I found to be equally effective. Dunno
how oily you would find either of them tho, I have super dry skin!
