Question:
I have always visited the dermatologist for melanoma screening. I have numerous moles on my back and have several removed which were benign. Recently (with-in the last month) a black mark has grown under my fingernail of my right pinky finger. I am a 51 year old white male and don't want to over react however it looks just like an example of the above mentioned melanoma. I am out of my home town working out of the country with no Dermatologist nearby. If there are any MD's please tell me what changes or other symptoms to watch for.

have a much better prognosis before they happen. Are there no doctors
nearby?
